New Client Information Form

Before making payment, please ensure you have completed our New Client Information Form (see above).

Once we have processed your details, our Accounts Team will send you an invoice via email, which will include a unique Client Reference Number.

Please quote this reference number when making payment and in all future correspondence — it helps us ensure there are no unnecessary delays to your service.

Before committing to a full business plan, many clients find it helpful to get an initial opinion on their likelihood of success.

Having assisted entrepreneurs from more than 30 countries with their D2 Visa applications, we have developed a strong understanding of what AIMA and Portuguese consular authorities are looking for — and what may fall short.

After reviewing your Client Information Form, our team will provide you with a detailed report identifying:

• The strengths of your business concept
• Areas that can be further developed and improved
• Any red flags that may need to be addressed before proceeding

This assessment gives you confidence and clarity before moving to the full drafting stage.

We charge a fixed fee for our business plan drafting services.

Upon receipt of payment, we will need 10 working days to prepare an initial draft of your D2 Visa business plan for your review.

Once you receive the initial draft, you will have an opportunity to provide feedback and request changes. This is included in the fixed fee. We usually need 3–5 working days to implement those revisions.

We will then send you the final version in Word format, which you can freely edit further if needed.

If you require additional changes after that point, our hourly rate may apply (please see below for further information).

Once your business plan is complete, the next step is to submit your D2 Visa application to the Portuguese consulate or AIMA.

While we do not provide legal advice, we can support you with:

• General guidance on the consular application process
• A list of common consular interview questions
• Preparation tips to help you present your business plan confidently during the interview
